Chris came to West Michigan from New Jersey to attend Hope College. He fell in love with West Michigan, began his career in the Hospitality Business while working for his mentor, Dick Den Uyl, at the Hatch and Point West Restaurants’, eventually becoming the Director of Operations. During his career Chris has worked for national, regional and individual operations in management and executive positions throughout the United States. Chris’ love for West Michigan brought him back to Holland as the General Manager and Operating Partner for the very successful Boatwerks Waterfront Restaurant. It was here that Andrea Crossman and Chris became reacquainted and some conversations later, Andrea recruited Chris to join her group. After decades in the Hospitality business, Chris learned the importance of delivering the best in attentive, detailed and caring customer service. He continues that same commitment to the buyers and sellers on a daily basis and works to ensure every detail is covered. His clients commend him regularly on his detail and commitment to making their experience as easy and smooth as possible, and always remembering and respecting this is THEIR HOME. Chris enjoys spending time with his wonderful family, and enjoys golfing and boating on his time off.

Dee has lived and worked on the lakeshore all her life. Her love of the area and investing background lead her into real estate as an agent in 1989. She obtained her Broker’s license in 1995. Dee was also co-owner of a National Real Estate Franchise for the state of Michigan from 1999 through 2007. Dee enjoys all aspects of the real estate industry especially helping others realize their dreams whether its selling for maximum results or finding the perfect home or vacation property. Dee lives along the lakeshore in Holland with her two Yorkshire Terriers She enjoys biking, gardening, kayaking and walking along the beautiful neighborhoods and shoreline. Dee’s grandparents were local farmers so she has enjoyed farm to table as a way of life and has a great appreciation for the land and dedication to be a good steward and protect our natural resources for future generations.
Kevin has 27 years as a licensed broker at The Chicago Board Options Exchange, 3 years experience as licensed realtor,
and life long experience and knowledge of the lakeshore from New Buffalo to Saugatuck.

Mary has been in the real estate industry for over 30 years – starting out with Village Belles ( East Grand Rapids and Cascade) in the 1980’s followed by Molesta Properties, and later transitioning to the Andrea Crossman Group.
Mary has been a lifelong resident of Grand Rapids, living primarily in East Grand Rapids, Ada, and Cascade – previous summer homes in Grand Haven Spring Lake and Charelvoix. Her great knowledge and expertise fo Greater Grand Rapids and the lakeshore has served her well in working with clients to meet their specific real estate needs.
Mary has always been extremely active in her community – past PTA President of Lakeside Elementary and bard member of the Superintendents Council in East Grand Rapids, with her daughter attending EGR school sand later Forest Hills Middle and Forest Hills Central High School, along wth attending Hope College in Holland, MI. She is one of the co-founders of The Grand Rapids Children’s Museum, as well as past-publisher of Our Children’s Magazine. Her passion for building relationships is exemplified in all she does.

Hobbies: I would say are: our cottage at “Big Star Lake” in Baldwin, Ml. We’ve been owners there for 10 years and enjoy it tremendously, creating memories with family and friends. Another hobby is decorating, my Mother has passed down her talent to me and I enjoy assisting and helping friends and family.
My husband is Gary Vollink — who is my best friend and we’ve been married next year (2017) for 40 years. I have 2 daughters — Holly Vollink and Jenna Vollink — both daughters are in Medical Profession, working and living in the Grand Rapids, Ml area.
