Peyton Holcomb is a licensed real estate agent with the Andrea Crossman Group at Coldwell Banker Woodland Schmidt, where she brings a fresh perspective and strong leadership skills to the team. A student at Hope College studying Political Science and Business, Peyton combines her academic background with a passion for real estate to provide clients with a thoughtful and informed experience.

 

As the Student Congress Academic Affairs Task Force Chair, Peyton has developed exceptional organizational and communication skills, which she applies to ensure every client receives personalized attention and a seamless process—whether buying their first home or investing in a luxury property.
