Spyglass offers a captivating living experience amidst the natural beauty of the Lake Michigan shoreline.
Just minutes to Ottawa Beach, Tunnel Park, and a multitude of other attractions, the Spyglass Condominium complex offers residents a quiet, tranquil lifestyle, right on the Holland shoreline. This private, gated community is incredibly desirable and units are not often available on the market, as Spyglass discourages rentals and seeks to house permanent residents. The Spyglass Condominium Association is situated on roughly 20 acres of land with unobstructed views of the lake and a generously-sized stretch beach.
Of the sixty-four units that make up the community, there are a selection of floor plans and unit sizes to select from. Much like price point, square footage ranges. The smallest units at Spyglass are two bedroom, two bathroom apartments, which begin at around 1,300 square feet. The gated Spyglass community is located at the end of Lakeridge Drive. To the east is undeveloped land that houses a large forest, and to the west is Lake Michigan, giving residents exceptional privacy and security. Perhaps the most notable area attraction is Holland State Park just minutes away, which is found just to the south of the Spyglass Condominium Complex.
Holland State Park is located on the shores of Lake Michigan, and features a large beach, two campgrounds, a fishing pier, a restaurant and small souvenir shop, a boardwalk, and a marina. Additionally, the area also has a walking trail with a scenic overlook, a dog beach, and a large resort. To the north of Spyglass Condominiums is Tunnel Park. Named after the tunnel that visitors can walk through to access the beach, this park has a very large playground for the kids, volleyball courts, and picnic benches.
Downtown Holland is about a 15- 20 minute drive from the community. This beautiful city is known for its rich history and instantly-recognizable windmills, part of the municipality's Dutch heritage. Here, visitors can explore the various museums, performing arts centers, shops, restaurants, and other amenities. Holland also hosts various festivals and events throughout the year.
